Job summary
Architectural Technician - Leeds CentreThe Role:
* As the Architectural Technician you will be working closely with the Director on predominantly residential projects, specialising in disabled adaptation housing.
* The duties for the successful Architectural Technician/Contract Administrator will involve finding and measuring a property, sketching systems on AutoCAD, planning, conducting the tender and building regulations pack, and doing the contract administrative duties and site visit reports.
* A rewarding role - working with individuals with disabilities to make a real difference to their life, by creating environments in which they can live as comfortably as possible.
* The package for the Architectural Technician/Contract Administrator will be up to £40K, dependent on experience, with WFH opportunities and performance-based bonuses.
* There is the chance to progress to an Associate, then a Director level.
Requirements:
* Must be able to do site visits/meeting every 2 weeks and produce a report (minutes) following it.
* Must be able to run a project.
* Must feel confident in dealing with solicitors.
* Must have previous experience detailing adaptations.
