Job summary
Our client based in Glasgow city centre are recruiting a Typist to join them on a permanent part time basis. This role is working part time hours either 16 or 20 hours over 4 or 5 days. Ideally you will have worked in the professional services industry and be a competent typist. The main duties involve:* Provide full secretarial support to the partners and fee earners.
* Undertake audio and copy typing.
* Document management and filing as required.
* General administration duties
* General reception duties, to include answering incoming calls, greeting visitors, and dealing with deliveries to the office.
* Organising meeting room refreshments and materials.
Skills and Experience:
* Computer literate and proficient in MS Office.
* Strong organisational, administrative, and audio/copy typing skills.
* Exceptional client relation and communication skills.
* A good local knowledge and strong work ethic.
* Ability to function well under pressure and prioritise workload accordingly
