Job summary
Property Management DirectorCCO Group are retained by one of the worlds largest Property Advisory in their search for a Regional Head of Property Management (Director) to be based out of their Manchester City Centre offices. My client are known globally as a firm that offer excellent working environments and the chance to work with some of the most reputable names in the market. Reporting into the Senior Director of Property Management for the Northern region, you will be responsible for looking after a mix of high end commercial and retail clients with the freedom to grow and develop new business opportunities. This position will offer the selected candidate a clear path to equity partnership and significant opportunities to progress your career. Please find below some of the responsibilities for this role:
* Overall responsibility for delivering the PM business objectives for the region
* Team management - performance management/ team structure to deliver the services
* Leading client and customer service levels expected by the business
* Developing and following up on new business development opportunities
* Manage all risks and compliance for the BU
* Work with FM/Asset teams to deliver high quality service to clients and occupiers
* Financial administration for the region forecasting fee billing, cash collection and debt management
* Review client profitability and assess viability
* Attend all regional business development meetings
* Continue to ensure the delivery of the national service delivery requirements
To be suitable for this role you should have the following experience:
* Proven experience of managing property management departments of successful property consultancies
* Chartered status with relevant qualifications
* Team leading capabilities
* Experience of managing large and prestigious commercial and retail clients
* Ability to bring new client relationships and proactively develop business.
* Willingness to travel given this is a regional role
* Friendly and approachable with problem solving capabilities.
