Edwards Employment Solutions are recruiting bright and enthusiastic individuals for the role of Swiss German Speaking customer service advisor for an exciting company based in SheffieldWorking for an established outsourcing organisation, as Swiss German Speaking customer service advisor youll be responsible for taking incoming calls, taking information from the caller and processing it on a bespoke software system.
Youll report to a Team Manager and alongside the rest of your team of Swiss German Speaking customer service advisor be required to work at a high written and verbal standard to meet targets.
Full training on the role will be provided to perform your role as Swiss German Speaking customer service advisor , as well as ongoing support from senior members of your team. However, we are looking for candidates who can:
Demonstrate great customer service skills gained in a previous role (could be in retail, office, call-centre, bar work, waiting-on etc)
Data Input with accuracy
Give examples of when youve dealt with challenging and complex issues for customers.
You dont need to have worked in an office or call centre environment previously to be considered for this role as Swiss German Speaking customer service advisor - whats important is that you are able to use IT/software systems and that you have good customer service skills. Also that you can pass a fluency test in Swiss German (spoken and written)
