What is your role:
An ambitious, highly motivated individual is needed to lead and develop others while delivering bespoke conservational and heritage architecture projects. This is an entrepreneurial job with a lot of responsibility and the freedom to deliver results. Working collaboratively with a wide range of consultants, this role offers an opportunity to work on projects at all stages of the RIBA process
What makes you good at your job:
* You are Part 3 qualified and have at least 3 years working as a Project Architect for a UK based practice or equivalent professional qualification.
* You have experience on delivering projects through all RIBA stages and range of construction values.
* You have direct experience of complex refurbishment projects.
* You have working knowledge of delivering complex projects in Revit.
* Technical experience in RIBA Stages 3 & 4, Site experience in RIBA Stage
* You are a creative thinker and problem solver with strong design and technical skills
* You have excellent organisational skills and good multi-tasking ability
* You are someone who thrives in a social, encouraging, friendly environment.
What the role includes:
* Leading and running prestigious heritage and conservational projects (£5 -£10+ million plus)
* Leading the delivery and management of technical packages
* You will be responsible for information exchange and liaise with all parties from client to contractor and suppliers
* Ensuring your project work is of a consistently high standard
* Attending meetings on and off site and leading client meetings
