Duties:
Perform various tasks on the production line such as scanning, picking and packaging products
Operate machinery and equipment according to established guidelines and safety protocols.
Ensure products meet quality standards by conducting visual inspections and quality checks.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a steady work flow and efficient production processes.
Assist in maintaining a clean and organised work area, promoting a safe and productive environment.
Safely operate forklifts and related equipment to efficiently load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to fulfil orders, manage inventory, and maintain seamless work flows.
Perform routine equipment inspections, address minor maintenance tasks, and ensure optimal equipment performance.
Adhere to strict safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and maintain a secure working environment.
Maintain accurate records of material movements and placements to support inventory management.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to report any issues, progress, or improvements.Requirements:
Valid Counter Balance licence and demonstrated experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting.
Sound understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and supervisors.
