Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Private Client Fee Earner at their Blackburn location.
We are looking for an experienced Private Client Lawyer (Solicitor/FCilex) 3-5 years PQE, or experienced fee earner with at least 1-2 years experience, to join an established Wills and Probate Department and take over an existing portfolio of work and continue to provide an excellent service to established clients.

Role Overview:
You will play a pivotal role in handling a wide range of private client matters. Key responsibilities include:
* Offering expert advice on wills, trusts, and estate planning
* Managing sometimes complex probate and estate administration cases
* Drafting and reviewing various legal documents, including powers of attorney and trust deeds
* Cultivating strong client relationships, demonstrating a deep understanding of their unique needs
* Managing own workload as well as helping other fee earners workload
Requirements:
* Qualified solicitor, lawyer or legal executive with a minimum of 3 years PQE in private client law
* Or a very experienced fee earner/paralegal with at least 1-2 years experience
* Comprehensive knowledge and experience across various private client matters
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering rapport with clients and colleagues alike
* Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload independently, with a keen eye for detail
* Strong problem-solving skills, providing innovative legal solutions
The candidate:
* Excellent communication skills, a hand-on and collaborative attitude are essential.
* Previous experience in private client, handling or working in a law firm
* A strong understanding of the private client process
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to draft letters and legal documents
* Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
* Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
* Ability to work well under pressure and with a high degree of accuracy
* IT literate with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
