Job summary
IMH are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Team Leader to work with our client who deal with imports post-Brexit. This is an exciting and varied role in which all relevant training will be provided.Typical duties:
* Oversee and manage daily operations during assigned shifts
* Ensure smooth and efficient workflow
* Train and supervise team members
* Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members
* Monitor and maintain quality standards
* Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues
* Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
* Maintain a clean and organised work environment
Who are we looking for?
* Previous experience managing a team
* Strong leadership skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure
* Experience of data entry
Hours and pay:
* 5 days over 7
* 8 hour shifts between 06:00-22:30
* Annual salary of £26,000
