Role Responsibilities:

Provide tailored support to children with special educational needs, ensuring they achieve their full potential.
Work closely with the classroom teacher to implement individual education plans (IEPs) and adapt lessons to meet SEN students needs.
Foster a nurturing and supportive learning environment that accommodates the unique requirements of each child.
Engage with children to facilitate their social, emotional, and educational development.
Collaborate with other education professionals, parents, and guardians to support the wellbeing and progress of students with SEN.
Requirements:

Enhanced DBS or willingness to undergo the process.
A compassionate, patient, and resilient approach to working with children.
Effective communication skills with the ability to engage students and work as part of a team.
Previous experience working with SEN children is highly desirable but not essential.
