Our client, a rapidly expanding manufacturing business located just outside of Maidstone, is currently seeking a talented and experienced Senior Electronics Engineer to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of cutting-edge electronic systems in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and test electronic circuits and systems for a range of products, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Lead electronics projects from concept through to production, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including mechanical engineers, software developers, and product managers.
Perform detailed PCB layout and schematic design using industry-standard CAD tools.
Conduct thorough analysis and troubleshooting of AC and DC electronic systems, identifying and resolving issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Participate in the evaluation and selection of electronic components and suppliers, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in electronics technology and contribute innovative ideas to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in designing and developing electronic circuits and systems, preferably in a manufacturing or product development environment.
Strong proficiency in PCB layout and schematic design using industry-standard CAD tools such as Altium Designer or Eagle.
Solid understanding of AC and DC electronic systems, with the ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex circuits.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with embedded systems design and firmware development would be advantageous.Benefits:
