Our client, the No1 motor trade employer in the North West, has a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and pro-active Service Reception Manager
Ideally, an aspirational who's looking to progress their career to Service Manager, an exceptional individual to lead, support, coach their Service Advisors and ensure all service guests have an outstanding experience from arrival to departure.
Customer engagement and leading by example is paramount for the role, responsibilities range from running the drive-in reception and customer lounge, coaching the team for best advice calls, working with the manufacturer customer care team and managing the courtesy car fleet of vehicles.
In charge of 8 Service Advisors and to Improve Customer Experience
Overseeing a mature and strong team, ensuring they follow a set process and administration.
This opportunity will be everything front of house and customer related.
You must be familiar with all aspects of the day to day process of the Service Department, possess excellent attention to detail, communication skills and have a resilient, mature attitude in a department that consistently demands the use of initiative. Salary:
£30k+ basic (depending on experience)
£35k++ OTE (as above)
Working hours/days:
Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm
Saturday morning on a rota
Company car available if wanted.
