If you excel in overseeing SEO clients and possess a talent for orchestrating effective PPC campaigns, or if you specialise in email marketing and marketing automation with digital agency experience, we eagerly await your application.

Main responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Account Manager

? Manage a diverse portfolio of clients throughout their entire journey, from initiation to conclusion, fostering lasting and lucrative partnerships.
? Support in developing and implementing annual Strategic Account Reviews, providing team briefings on account objectives to ensure alignment and dedication.
? Continuously exceed key benchmarks for client satisfaction within the designated portfolio, pioneering procedural and behavioural enhancements to further elevate their experience.
? Maintain a comprehensive understanding of clients' industry dynamics and business hurdles.
? Take ownership of client briefs, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and relevance.
? Identify growth prospects within the portfolio and oversee the sales process from inception to delivery to meet established business objectives.
? Engage in contract and pricing negotiations with client representatives.
? Collaborate closely with the digital team to pinpoint revenue-generating opportunities and drive sales within the designated client base.
Develop comprehensive digital strategies and quarterly plans tailored to individual client needs.
? Orchestrate specialised digital teams to ensure the timely and exceptional delivery of work.
Requirements of the Digital Marketing Account Manager:

. Running successful SEO and PPC campaigns is essential.
A minimum of 4 years experience within a Digital Marketing role is essential.
Experience using Google Analytics, Data Studio, Google Ads and SEMRush.
Experience with marketing automation tools would be an advantage for this role
You must hold a valid UK driving license
