We are seeking a Contract Administrator for our Client, a successful Shropshire-based company which helps businesses to grow, using its training programmes and coaching systems. Your role will be to support the Managing Director in administering and managing all aspects of client contracts. As a Contract Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance and the successful delivery of outcomes.

Responsibilities of the Contract Administrator:
* Analyse and interpret contract documents, plus support negotiation of terms and conditions
* Maintain files (digital and hard copies)
* Review compliance and collaborate with internal teams
* Share and clarify processes with management and employees
* Continuously monitor and manage contract performance
* Liaise between parties regarding development and negotiations
* Identify potential risks and recommend changes to improve processes
* Prepare accurate and timely management reports
* Liaise with sub-contracted advisors and external project managers
* Develop and implement effective systems and processes
* Identify potential tender opportunities for further business.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:
* Project and contract management experience
* Understanding of public sector projects
* Supervisory responsibility
* A good understanding of ICT
* Good organizational, planning, and communication skills.
