Our client is eagerly seeking a GPhC registered Pharmacist to join their esteemed team at their Leicester branch on a permanent full-time basis, with working hours scheduled from Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm).

* Supportive Team: You'll have the invaluable support of a Non-Pharmacist ACT Manager alongside our dedicated team of Dispensers and Counter Assistants, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service delivery.

Ideal Requirements for the Pharmacist

* Must be a GPhC registered Pharmacist, ideally with 3+ years experience.

* Independent prescribing qualification is desired but not essential.

* Ideally able to mentor and tutor a pre-registration student.

* A team player with strong leadership skills, able to manage a team effectively.

* Proactive mindset, service-driven approach, and able to adapt to change.

Role Responsibilities for the Pharmacist

* Leadership: Lead our community pharmacy with accountability and support from a talented team.

* Patient Care: Ensure the safe and efficient provision of medicines and top-notch pharmacy services.

* NHS Services: Contribute significantly to the delivery of vital NHS services, promoting community health and well-being.
