If you have a minimum of 3 months of UK teaching or tutoring experience and are looking for flexible work, this opportunity is for you!
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across various subjects in secondary schools.
- Provide engaging and interactive instruction to facilitate student learning and achievement.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Manage student behavior and ensure a safe and respectful learning environment.
- Follow school policies and procedures for daily cover assignments.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 months of UK teaching or tutoring experience in a secondary school setting.
- Ideally have but not essential to be a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Strong subject knowledge across a range of secondary school subjects.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and work effectively with minimal preparation time.
- Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students and staff.
- Flexibility and availability to work 1 - 5 days a week based on school needs.
